Worldwide standard range and standard-compliant profiles for the Chinese market

The German manufacturer’s standard programme brochure comprises suitable profiles for all common window, door and façade systems made from aluminium. In it, Ensinger shows the full variety and the flexible application possibilities for the innovative thermal insulating profile – for customers all over the world. Consequently there are also products in this which are not offered in China due to national standards and specifications. In China, Ensinger sells only straight and offset insulating profiles that comply with the standard and have a wall thickness of more than 1.75 mm, or hollow chamber profiles with a wall thickness of no less than 0.72 mm. Generally, however, insulbar® insulation profiles can be manufactured with a wall thickness of between 0.7 mm and approximately 4.0 mm, or even thicker depending on the profile geometry. Ensinger’s specialists develop tailor-made, special individual profiles to meet all requirements.

The comprehensive range of profiles in the insulbar® standard programme brochure offers possibilities for solving almost all common and demanding tasks quickly and cost-effectively using standard profiles.

The plastics used by Ensinger for insulbar® thermal insulating profiles are polyamides with optimum mechanical properties. The material used to manufacture insulbar® is called TECATHERM 66 GF. The compound produced especially for this purpose is mixed with 25 % glass fibres, which make the profile extremely stable and resilient. The German manufacturer’s own extrusion process also makes insulbar® thermal insulating profiles visually unique and uncopiable.
